CS Wired Network Service

Connect my computer to the wired network:

  1. Open helpdesk request
  2. Choose “Communication” on the area field.
  3. Write the wall port number you would like to use on the description field.
  4. Write the name of the computer in the relevant field.
  5. Write the MAC address in case the station is LINUX.
