Using a network printer to scan a document and send it to mail

You can now use the copy machines for scanning a document (color or black and white) and send it to mail, in floors 2,3,4,5,6,7.

  1. Put the paper in the automatic feeder, face up (or put it on the glass – face down).
  2. Press the ‘Scan’ button which is placed left to the number keys – the button should become green.
  3. Touch the contact screen and choose – ‘Email’.
  4. In the next screen press – ‘To’.
  5. In the next screen press – ‘Input’.
  6. Insert your mail address and press – ‘OK’.
  7. Press – ‘Scan’.
