If you have mail problem, please follow the following steps before contacting IT:
- Restart your Outlook or other mail client you use.
- Restart your station.
- Check Junk mail folder.
- Connect to your mail using webmail service with a browser: Technion 365 (http://outlook.technion.ac.il/) or CS unix mail (CS webmail ).
Check that you can see received mail and try to send mail.
If you still have problem, please open a request at Helpdesk.
